Wrapping up the Perry job, a 28×32 attached garage with bonus room above.  Turned out really nice and the Perry’s are extremely happy with it.  All that needs to be done now is the new grade work and lay down some top soil and grass.

The Perry’s are past clients of ours.  They bought one of our homes a couple years back and called on us again when more room was needed.  CSM Perry took some time planning this and it showed in the final product.  Not only does he have a huge garage for his great looking “toys”, but a work out area, full bath, ample storage, and the above mentioned bonus room were also added.  Great vision and planning on his part and a sound investment for them.  I hope they get great use of the new space.  It was great working with them, great, fun people to be around.
